Unlucky against Flint 0-0 (April 25, 2009)
Flint Town Res 0 - 0 Llansannan

Llansannan were very unlucky not to come away with three points against Flint Town but settled for a point instead with a fine performance at Cae Castell.
With the return of the high scoring strike pair of Gareth Lewis and Emyr Owen goals you would of thought goals would not pose a problem, however many chances went begging throughout the game.
Flint could have taken the lead after only five minutes when one of their strikers rattled the crossbar with a stunning effort from 30 yards leaving Luke Jones stranded.
Many chances were created by Llan during the game including efforts from Gareth Evans, Emyr Owen and Gwion Evans but could not hit the back of the net.
The hard work continued throughout the game as Llan continued to press the Flint defence in the second half , Emyr Owen ran down the left wing and sent a low cross into the box where a free Gareth Jones only had to tap in but keeled over with an ankle injury as he was about to strike the ball.
A well earned point at the end of the game helped them towards a top six finish in the Clwyd Premier League.
